Server not on while blobs on.
I dont mean a restart, look at the picture, the network is offline, and there isnt a option to go online,as the option is grey, and blobs on, but the star next to his name is grey, meaning hes not on, but the writing is white, meaning he is on... need explanation please.

uhm looks like the network is offline , he has clicked "turn off network" ?
