Eh... You are using windows and you have downloaded the moparscape 3.2 correctly? Then you should just need to run moparscape.bat or the other moparscape file and it should run.

where can i find moparscape.bat I thought u just said you had it? Anywayz, after you install it, there should be a folder, called Moparscape, open it and run moparscape.bat.

ohye if you dont have some settings actived it wont say .bat and then it will just be named moparscape, run it if there are two of them both should work.
