Monsters i have just "found" Full dharoks and all the types of runes in the game on the floor in lumby and i can't see a single monster about?? why can't i blast em with my spells?

just remember not to use water bolt...cause it gives no xp and i wasted like 10 mins. on it trying to lvl up...
