well how do i buy things if i not in a world with no one in it lol?Well if you havent realised the server isnt on at this moment. Therefore you cant be on a world, because there is no world to go on to. But, you can get p hats at the rares store in varrock when the server is on. If its on, ill take u there :P But first i suggest u get around 100m.
